悠 is a A Personalized Daily Chinese Medicine Pack that help the user destress and prevent future illness. the name 悠 represent relax and clam in Chinese, which sounds like “you” in English, the branding of this service is to present a relax atmosphere with the focuses on the user.

Project background
More and more people have experienced symptoms in our body that were caused by higher stress level. However, people tend to distract themselves from the situation instead of facing their stress and treat them. As Chinese medical system aims for preventive care in both physical and mental health, How can Chinese Medicine help with chronic stress to prevent future illness? For my project, my main goal is to introduce this medical system to the general public by creating both digital and physical services that will help users destress and relax.

Through the 40 minutes interview, I understand that Traditional Chinese medicine is a daily practice that requires a long period of treatment time to prevent diseases and we need to find harmony and balance in our body by having personalized treatment based on patients’ condition.

Sketching
After in depth research and interviewing, I started to sketch out creative ideas to explore different ways of treating chronic stress using traditional Chinese medical practices.

I then selected a couple of ideas and turn them into physical prototypes for users to try out.
